Jim became my business coach in late 2017, at the lowest point in my 30-year business career and as a result a very challenging time for me personally. Prior to that we’d talked about working together for a number of years and I’d resisted because I didn’t feel I needed a coach. I worked with Jim for around 18 months during which time we turned the business around, focussing on recurring revenue from a carefully selected and growing group of clients.
