Martin has worked with leading Fire & Security, technology, and engineering providers across the UK, including Siemens and Mitie Fire and Security in MD and Operations Director roles.

He has over 35 years’ experience in developing and implementing business growth and improvement strategies, with extensive knowledge and expertise in business management, transformation, and development, whilst being aware of the latest people management practices and technology changes.

Some of Martin’s achievements:

• Is the only person in the UK to sit on the Boards of both leading Trade Associations in the Fire and Security sector
• Board Member since 2017 and Chairman since 2021 of the ‘Fire Industry Association’ (FIA)
• Chair of the Security Systems Section & Operating Board Member since 2017 of the ‘British Security Industry Association’ (BSIA)
